This automatic batching system is designed for water-soluble fertilizer production lines integrating material feeding, static batching,
mixing, finished product storage, quantitative packaging, bag sewing, and robotic palletizing. The system can be configured according
to actual process requirements and is suitable for batch production with accurate dosing, sealed material conveying, and flexible layout design.

Overview

A typical system includes a powder bag dumping station with dust collection, premix mixer, raw material storage silos and weighing system,
horizontal screw automatic feeder, modular bin structure, distribution screw feeder, electronic weighing and packaging unit,
automatic bagging equipment, and control system.

The production process generally follows: manual feeding, raw material storage, automatic static batching, mixer blending,
finished product storage, quantitative packaging, bag sewing, and robot palletizing. The control section can be equipped with
a touch screen, Siemens PLC, high-resolution transmitter, high-accuracy sensors, and variable frequency control for feeding speed.
