• Order Acceptance: Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to buy. Acceptance of your order occurs only when we issue a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) or sign a sales contract.
• Payment Terms: Payment terms (e.g., T/T, L/C) will be specified in the individual sales contract. Ownership of goods transfers upon full payment unless otherwise agreed.
