Overview

The Circular Crusher Valve is designed for crushing, discharging, air locking, and anti-blocking of caked bulk materials at the outlet of silos and conveying systems. It features a cylindrical housing with circular inlet and outlet flanges, allowing direct connection to round silos, discharge pipes, chutes, and pneumatic conveying lines.

The equipment is driven by a motor and reducer to rotate the crushing rotor at low speed and high torque. Material entering the valve body is impacted, compressed, and sheared by the crushing claws. Qualified fine material passes through the internal screen ring, while larger lumps continue to be crushed, ensuring smooth discharge and stable operation.
