CT-C Series Hot Air Circulation Drying Oven

The CT-C Series Hot Air Circulation Drying Oven is a general-purpose industrial drying unit using forced convection and closed-loop hot air circulation
to achieve uniform heating and stable batch drying. Compared with traditional natural convection ovens, it offers better temperature uniformity,
higher thermal efficiency, controllable drying speed, and more consistent batch performance.

Overview

This equipment is widely used for dehydration, curing, preheating, sterilization, and other thermal processes in pharmaceutical, food, electronics,
chemical, hardware, and new material industries. The oven uses a circulating fan to draw air through the heating section and force hot air through
horizontal or vertical ducts across the material layer, improving heat transfer and drying consistency.

During operation, part of the humid hot air is exhausted when moisture reaches the required threshold, while most of the air is recirculated to the heating
zone for reheating. PT100 temperature feedback combined with PID control helps maintain stable drying conditions throughout the process.
