Overview
The ICS Series Electronic Belt Scale is designed for continuous weighing and flow measurement of bulk materials on belt conveyors. It is an online weighing solution for conveyor systems and is widely used in process lines that require stable measurement, continuous operation, and convenient integration with plant control systems.
The system is composed of a weigh bridge, load cells, indicator or integrator, and related signal cables. When required by the conveyor configuration, a speed sensor and speed wheel can also be added. During operation, the belt load signal and belt speed signal are transmitted to the integrator, which calculates instantaneous flow rate and cumulative total continuously.
