Overview

The PPC Air Box Pulse Bag Dust Collector is a high-efficiency baghouse system designed for industrial dust removal under high dust concentration working conditions. It combines the advantages of compartment pulse cleaning technology and is suitable for continuous filtration service in powder processing, conveying, storage, and air pollution control systems.

Dust-laden gas enters through the inlet and passes through the hopper, where part of the coarse particles are separated by inertia and fall directly into the hopper. The gas then enters the bag filtration chamber, where dust is captured on the outer surface of the filter bags and cleaned air passes through the upper chamber and outlet. Pulse jet cleaning is performed by chamber sequence to maintain stable operating resistance and continuous system performance.
