Overview

The SWJ Series Twin-Shaft Horizontal Mixer is designed for mixing, humidifying, dust suppression, and conveying of powdery and bulk materials. It is available in dry and wet types and can be used for single-material or multi-material mixing according to process requirements.

The mixer uses two symmetrically arranged spiral shafts rotating synchronously inside a horizontal trough. During operation, materials are lifted, dispersed, mixed, humidified, and pushed forward at the same time, which helps achieve uniform water addition, stable conveying, and effective suppression of dry dust emission.
